Men’s Health

Men’s health, straight answers

A man in his 40s talking with an older doctor at a desk with a laptop

Plain information for Louisiana men about erectile dysfunction, heart health, diabetes, testosterone, and the prostate. No judgment, no jargon, and clear next steps when you want them.

Why we talk about this

Many men wait years before bringing up erection problems, low energy, or bathroom changes with a doctor. These are common, treatable, and often connected to bigger health issues like heart disease and diabetes. Catching them early can protect your health, not just your sex life.

Erectile dysfunction affects an estimated 30 to 50 million men in the United States. If it’s happening to you, you are far from alone.
