Aspire Health and Wellness Community Care, Inc. (“Aspire Community Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Louisiana. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our website at aspirehealthandwellness.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you provide to us
When you use one of our forms, you choose to give us your name, email address, optional phone number, and the contents of your message. We use it only to respond to you.
If you donate, you give your information directly to our donation platform, which processes your gift and sends your receipt.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, some information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your device and browser type, the pages you view, referring pages, approximate location derived from your IP address, and the date and time of your visit. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How we use information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect standard internet log information and visitor behavior information. We also use Jetpack Stats, a service from Automattic (the company behind WordPress.com), to count page views and see which pages are most useful.
We advertise our free health education through Google Ad Grants, a Google program for nonprofits. When you reach our site from one of these ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics may record that visit and whether you then contact us or click Donate, so we can measure which educational topics help people. We do not use remarketing or build advertising audiences from the health pages you read, and we do not share your health information with advertisers.
How information is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for their services:
- Website hosting: our website is hosted by InterServer, which processes standard server and log data.
- Donations: gifts are processed by our donation platform (Zeffy), which collects the information needed to process your gift and issue your receipt. Its privacy policy applies to the information you give it.
- Email: form messages are delivered to our organizational inbox.
- Analytics: usage data is processed by Google Analytics, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Aspire Community Care, our visitors, or others.
Data retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of our communications, then delete or archive them. Analytics data is kept according to Google’s data retention settings.
Data security
Our website is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing outreach@aspirehealthandwellness.org. You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under privacy laws; contact us and we will do our best to honor them.
Children’s privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us so we can remove it.

Our website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
